The Blastmaster® 400 CFM Aftercooler with Coalescing Tank removes up to 95% of moisture, oil, and other debris commonly found in compressed air. Dry air eliminates wet abrasive, typically clogging metering valves and leading to excessive wear, resulting in costly downtime and additional maintenance.

A Blastmaster Aftercooler with Coalescing Tank removes up to 95% of the water present in compressed air. The aftercooler core cools the compressed air before passing it through a coalescing tank containing a stainless steel demister pad to collect moisture

The stainless steel demister pad inside the coalescing tank provides a large surface area for moisture to be removed from the compressed air

Each Blastmaster Aftercooler with Coalescing Tank includes two heavy-duty tie-down lugs welded on to the coalescing tank to provide sturdy anchor points for transport

The aftercooler core and fan is protected by a heavy-duty industrial steel grate and is supported by a Marco engineered frame system
