The Blastmaster® 6.5 Cu. Ft. E-Series Abrasive Blasting Pot is a pressure vessel used as part of an abrasive blasting system to deliver a mixture of abrasive and compressed air to a work surface. Blastmaster® Abrasive Blasting Pots are manufactured using higher quality materials that resist wear, reducing costly downtime and increasing production rates.

Features may include:

• Up to 650 lb (6.5 Cu. Ft.) or 300 lb (3.0 Cu. Ft.) abrasive capacity

• Pressure-Hold or PressureRelease Systems

• Available in pneumatic or electric 12-Volt DC or 120-Volt AC

• Extractor or Jr. Extractor Moisture Separator

• 24” lid or screen (6.5 Cu. Ft. Pot)

• 16” lid or screen (3.0 Cu. Ft. Pot)

The Manual Easy-Flow Metering Valve is used with pressure-release systems where the blast pot depressurizes each time the operator activates and deactivates the remote control switch.

The Automatic Easy-Flow Metering Valve is used with pressure-hold systems in high production applications where an operator is frequently activating and deactivating the remote control switch during repositioning.

A muffler comes standard on all Blastmaster blast pots, reducing noise and trapping particles as they exit the exhaust port during the depressurization process.
