2025 Kage Snowstorm Blast Steel Snow Pusher
A BLAST For The FutureThe KAGE® SnowStorm BLAST Steel snow pusher for 15k-30k lb wheel loaders and 100+ hp ag tractors expands the forward thinking of KAGE’s hydraulic-free trip edge snow pushers to include steel shoes and a floating side panel. This speed and safety-oriented snow pusher maximizes convenience and performance while minimizing maintenance. Simply hook up the box plow using a 3-point hitch, floating loader quick attach or bucket clamp and you’re good to go. No hoses needed!
SnowStorm BLAST STEEL containment plows feature the same 90-degree trip edge and 65-degree attack angle of the original as all members of the SnowStorm plow series. The aggressively angled 3-piece steel shoes and floating side panels allow the BLAST Steel pusher to smoothly and easily run up and over curbs without causing damage or losing the load of snow. And the curved moldboard allows snow to roll in front of the plow without being impeded by supports. That is the KAGE advantage!
- The SnowStorm BLAST Steel pusher is available in 10- and 12-foot widths, is compatible with the following machines:
- Mid-sized Loaders
- Agricultural Tractors
Features may include:
Versatile Box Plow AttachmentThe SnowStorm BLAST Steel is the one of the most versatile snow pushers on the market for mid-size wheel loader, tractors and telehandlers. Equipped with a 3-in-1 attachment system, it makes connecting the push box to an appropriately-sized machinery a simple task – even if you don’t want to remove your bucket.
- It’s 3-in-1 attachment system includes:
- a 3-point hitch attachment,
- floating quick attach for loaders
- and loader bucket clamp
The KAGE SnowStorm BLAST Steel containment box does not interfere with the scraping ability of the cutting edge. This large trip edge box plow features replaceable 3-piece steel skids that glide effortlessly over nearly all terrain including curbs, thanks to their wide surface area and aggressively angled toe and heel and floating steel side panels. This allows for cleaner plowing right up to (and over) the curb and prevents the machine from being forced to a sudden stop. It also reduces the risk of damaging the curb and/or pusher. The skids lift with the curb as they come in contact with it and then are pushed back down by the leaf springs as pressure from the obstacle is removed.
Split Trip EdgeUnlike most snow pushers, the SnowStorm BLAST Steel is a trip edge pusher, meaning that the cutting edge will fold back up to 90 degrees when it comes in contact with immovable objects. This allows it to maintain contact with a curb while still pushing snow up and over it. Due to the length of the cutting edge (10- or 12-feet), the trip edge is also split into two independently tripping sections, preventing excessive twisting of the cutting edge and/or moldboard as well as limiting the amount of spillage than can occur during the trip.
