2025 Kage Grass Deflector
KAGE Grass Deflector electric chute blocker brings ease to safetyDo you ever mow near vehicles, buildings, streets, or other humans? Of course you do! So, you know the importance of controlling where your mower discharges its clippings, or heaven forbid, rocks and other hard projectiles. The KAGE grass deflector gives you ultimate control of your mower discharge through the use of a lightweight, yet durable, grass flap that is controlled electronically with a toggle switch.
This electronic toggle switch allows you to utilize up to 260 degrees of flap pivot so you can block your chute completely and angle the clipping discharge downward or outward at any angle – or outward. It even allows the flap to flip back almost completely flush with the mower deck, laying on top of the motor to stow it out of the way when mowing under low hanging branches.
With the use of a breakaway torsion spring, the KAGE grass deflector and chute blocker offers give when it comes in contact with immovable obstacles. It also enables you to lock the flap tightly closed with constant pressure against the discharge chute, eliminating the slop that can develop with chute blockers. All you need is the appropriate intake manifold to fit your brand of mower – which KAGE provides – and you’re good to go!
