The detachable gooseneck trailer has found its way from the Construction Industry to the Paving Industry, and most recently, making a defined showing in the Agricultural market place. We have even pushed it into the Railroad Industry by implementing rails. Here at TRAIL-EZE Inc., we have the options to build the trailer to fit the need.

• Frame All high tensile steel. Custom manufactured beams designed for stress loads at a minimum of 2:1 safety factor. 4 Full size main beams with T1 flanges and MF80 hi-tensile webs. 8" Crossmembers on 24" centers with 4" crossmembers stubbed in outer bays.

• 1 1/2" Oak decking. Excavator cut out, open floor. Load bearing wheel bolsters. Front loading ramps. Recessed boom trough and bucket tray.

• Gooseneck Air activated lock. PTO Operated hydraulics. Hydraulic neck support arm. NOTE - All hydraulics are set to operate at 3,000 psi.

• Axles25,000 lbs. with oil seal hubs

• Brakes 16 1/2" x 7" Air activated S-Cam, automatic slack adjusters.

• Wheels 8.25 x 22.5 Disc - pilot mounted

• Tires 275/70R x 22.5 Radials

• Suspension Air ride with adjustable ride height

• Tie Downs 14 Bent D-rings with 6 standard D-rings

• Outriggers on 2' centers with pullout front outrigger

• Electrical Grote Ultra-Blue sealed LED light system

• Trailer sandblasted, primed and painted
