2020 Trail-EZE Paving Industry TE110DGP

Rollers to pavers, the TE110DGP TRAIL-EZE Trailer has been designed to make loading and hauling quicker and safer. This detachable gooseneck lowboy paver features tapered beams and other options designed for the Paving Equipment Industry.

TRAIL-EZE Trailers has many options and design features available to enable us to build the trailer to fit your needs.

Features may include:
  • Frame All high tensile steel. Custom manufactured tapered beams designed for stress loads at a minimum of a 2:1 safety factor. (4) Full size main beams with Grade 100 hi-tensile steel flanges. 10" Crossmembers on 24" centers with 4" Jr's between.
  • 2" Oak decking full width, 1/4" wheel covers, wheel bolsters. Front loading ramps.
  • Gooseneck Air activated lock. PTO operated hydraulics. Hydraulic neck support arm. NOTE - All hydraulics are set to operate @ 3,000 PSI.
  • Axles 25,000 lbs. with oil seal hubs
  • Brakes 16 1/2" x 7" Air activated S-Cam, automatic slack adjusters with ABS
  • Wheels 8.25 x 22.5 Radials
  • Tires 255/70R x 22.5 Radials
  • Suspension Air ride with air dump valve
  • Tie Downs 16 D-rings
  • Outriggers on 2' centers
  • Electrical Grote Ultra-Blue sealed beam light system
  • Trailer sandblasted, primed and painted
  • Limited 5-Year Major Structural Warranty
