The KAGE® SnowStorm BLAST snow pusher for 15k-30k lb wheel loaders and 100+ hp ag tractors brings the forward thinking of the SnowStorm trip edge plow system to a hydraulic-free box plow. This speed and safety-oriented containment plow maximizes convenience and performance while minimizing maintenance. Simply hook up the box plow using a 3 point hitch, floating quick attach or bucket clamp and you’re good to go. No hoses needed!

The SnowStorm BLAST containment plow features the same 90-degree trip edge and 65-degree attack angle of the original SnowStorm 2-in-1 snow plow system. Its bolt-on containment box is easy to repair and replace parts. That is the KAGE advantage!

The SnowStorm BLAST is the most versatile snow pusher on the market for mid-size equipment. Equipped with a 3-in-1 attachment system, it makes connecting the push box to an appropriately-sized tractor or wheel loader a simple task – even if you don’t want to remove your bucket.

The KAGE SnowStorm BLAST containment box does not interfere with the scraping ability of the cutting edge. This large box plow features spring-loaded polyurethane skids that float and oscillate when they come in contact with objects such as curbs. This allows for cleaner plowing right up to the curb and prevents the machine from being forced to a sudden stop. It also reduces the risk of damaging the curb and/or pusher. The skids lift with the curb as they come in contact with it and then are pushed back down by the leaf springs as pressure from the obstacle is removed.

Unlike most snow pushers, the SnowStorm BLAST is a trip edge pusher, meaning that the cutting edge will break away, folding back 90 degrees, when it comes in contact with immovable objects. This allows it to maintain contact with a curb while still pushing snow up and over it. Due to the length of the cutting edge of the SnowStorm BLAST, the trip edge is also split into two independently tripping sections, preventing excessive twisting of the cutting edge and/or moldboard as well as limiting the amount of spillage than can occur during the trip.
