FORD 4x4 Direct Connect

The BOSS® DIRECT CONNECT is designed for Ford Super Duty Truck Series with 4x4. This simple design allows for the use of the PTO without the conflicts of being hydraulically driven. Perfectly matched to one our underdeck systems, it will drive an air compressor from 50cfm to 185cfm depending on your requirements or multi-function applications such as; genrators and/or hydraulics.

Features may include:

• The BOSS Direct Connect System allows the flexibility of no other PTO system currently on the market

• Designed specifically for the FORD Super Duty F-Series 4x4 Trucks

• Eliminates the need for a split shaft design but still utilizing the FORD transfer case design

• Eliminates the need for any engine modification, eliminating warranty concerns and higher maintenance costs

• Reliable wide capacity range of 50-185cfm, 100-150psig

• Allows for a convenient attachment of a wide range of accessories

• Rotary Screw Air Compressors 50-185 cfm

• Generators up to 20kW (direct or Hydraulic)

• Hydraulic Pumps requiring up to 200lb/ft of torque

• Any belt or shaft driven component load up to 200lb/ft

• Direct Connect Exchange Program - Take-out OEM transfer cases with less than 1,000 miles are eligible for a core credit. Contact a BOSS representative for details
