2020 Airplaco Equipment Dry-Mix Batch Plants Pre-Dampener

Gunite Material Delivery, Dry-Mix Material

The Airplaco Pre-Dampener is designed for on-site pre-dampening of dry-gunite and refractory materials; it adds a variable stream of water content to pre-bagged materials before feeding materials into a gunite machine. Pre-dampening reduces dust, rebound and static electricity while improving the compaction of material on the construction surface. The Pre-Dampener provides the operator fingertip control of hydrating and conveying production rates.
