Gunite Batch Plant, High Production

The Airplaco Mix-Elvator 634 is a dry-mix gunite batch plant used for sand and cement proportioning, mixing and conveying of dry gunite and refractory materials. Combined with a rotary gunite machine, the Mix-Elvator becomes a self-contained rig–eliminating the need for ready-mix deliveries. The Mix-Elvator features a 30 hp diesel engine, low-maintenance hydraulic drive train and the Airplaco “Hydraulic-Ratio” control system. Coupled with the Airplaco C-10HHD gunite machine, the Mix-Elvator dry-mix gunite batch plant can be used for a variety of applications such as: pools and spas, refractories, mining, retention walls and more.
