Weather prognosticators had written off Friday as a rain soaked thunder-filled day. Although the rain did not materialized as forcasted, thunder was provided courtesy of riders at the ICPA Iron Pony Ride. Close to 60 people registered for the event, which was kicked off with a Thursday evening steak fry in Shueville. The next morning after the clouds left for Illinois, riders mounted their iron steeds and enjoyed a beautiful day cruising on Iowa's paved roads.
Star Equipment had 10 riders attend the event, Star also sponsored the steak fry.
